What does open gym mean in gymnastics?
Open Gym is time for children of all ages to come and explore all of the fun activities we have to offer. Children ages 6+ are free to use the facility without parent accompaniment. All Open Gyms are staffed by at least one of our staff members to help with set up of training aids, spotting and SAFETY!!!!
